Goods are not sold for trial basis.

Please follow the procedures listed below when returning products to us:

Approval must be obtained by Telephoning 01229 820182 before any item can be considered for return.

Returns must be clearly marked with the Invoice number, your name, address and telephone number to enable us to identify the goods.

You are obliged by law to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. If you return your goods (unless faulty) or if you have informed us in writing that you wish to cancel your order, you must retain the original packaging, together with all manuals, warranty cards and all accessories and documentation provided.

Where you return goods to us, you may wish to consider insuring the goods that you are returning. We also suggest the use of a carrier that can provide a ‘proof of delivery'.

Shipping goods back to Guy Perry Ltd is to be paid by the Customer.

Any customer returning goods which are found not to be faulty shall not be entitled to a refund.

These trading terms do not affect your rights as stated in the Sale of goods act 1979 & the Sale and supply of goods act 1994.
